coreos on idcf cloud

• add latest ISO(change URL from https to http)
• create server(name:core1) from ISO with newly created SSH Key
• access to core1 via web console and type sudo passwd core
• create public ip and add firewall rule , port forward to core1
• ssh to core1
• create cloud-config.yml
• install coreos to disk via sudo coreos-install -d /dev/sda -C stable -c ./cloud-config.yml
